We love real estate projects, challenges, and chocolate, and 102 The Address was the perfect combination, to which we added a large topping of branding assets. Located in Bucharest, the residential complex needed a website matching the architectural design that was to be constructed. Elegant, easy to navigate, and with an interactive building block for enhanced user experience. So it all started online…
Challenge accepted, so we “built” the building life-size on the homepage of the site. From there, you can interactively walk through the corridors of each floor and even discover in real-time which apartments have been bought/reserved. Practically, you have everything you need in a single website, which you could fall in love with at first visit. Furthermore, we aimed to lend a hand to the sales team and provide them with quality materials for maximum visibility, personality, and our professional satisfaction regarding our passion for marketing. We had the creative freedom to shape the offline and digital brand assets of 102 The Address down to the smallest details.
We moved to the “Social Media” floor, where, friendly as we are, open to questions and with smiles on our faces, we befriended over 3,600 people on the Facebook page. Others, more curious, went to chat over a coffee about their future home with our colleagues from Premier Estate. Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, photo and video materials used in promotions, support, and assistance on Messenger. All these laid the foundation for the online communication of the 102 The Address project.
We didn’t forget to involve our neighbor Google in the project, with search campaigns optimized down to the last keyword, display campaigns with dynamic materials. At that time, we made a rigorous selection of a limited number of real estate platforms that we considered relevant, such as imobiliare.ro or magazinuldecase.ro. There, we detailed information about each type of apartment in the form of announcements, customized according to the furnishings, surfaces, and materials used.
We continued to go as far as possible in identifying the needs of potential consumers. Using platforms like Hotjar, visitor activity was carefully monitored to improve their experience on the website. Clicks, points of interest, dynamics, and visitor preferences, all these were the basis for optimizing persona typologies. And all of this, because we like to be dedicated to every project.
