EBIG.ly is our link-shortener and link-management service — create clean, trackable short links, QR codes, bio-pages and track basic analytics.
Is EBIG.ly completely free now?
Yes — EBIG.ly is free to start with the Free Rider plan. You can also upgrade to Basic Rider or Pro Rider for higher limits and advanced features. No credit card required to start.
What does the Free plan include?
Free Rider includes up to 100 short links, 500 tracked clicks/month, limited QR codes, landing pages, and basic link management & tracking features.

What about paid plans?
Yes — we already offer three plans:
- Free Rider – great for freelancers & light usage
- Basic Rider – for small teams & regular campaigns
- Pro Rider – for agencies & power users
You can upgrade/downgrade anytime and your data stays intact. We also work to launch new plans in the future.
What happens if I stop my paid subscription?
If you cancel a paid plan, your account will revert to Free Rider with its limits. Your links and basic analytics are preserved, but advanced features will no longer be available until you upgrade again.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — EBIG.ly has developer API support, but advanced API rate limits and premium-only API features will be part of paid plans.
Do I need an account to use EBIG.ly?
Yes — an account is required to save links, access analytics, manage QR codes & bio pages. No plan upgrades or team features are available without logging in.
Can I track clicks and basic analytics?
Yes — basic click tracking is included on all plans. With Basic and Pro, you get longer data retention, deeper analytics, and campaign grouping.
Can I customize or brand my links?
Free users get standard EBIG.ly links.
Custom domains, branded links, and advanced customization are included starting with Basic Rider and enhanced in Pro Rider.
Is there a limit to how many links I can shorten?
Yes — each plan has link and click limits:
- Free Rider: 100 links / 500 clicks
- Basic Rider: 1,000 links / 5,000 clicks
- Pro Rider: Unlimited links & clicks
These quotas reset monthly.
Can I generate QR codes or bio-pages now?
Yes — each plan includes QR codes and bio pages: Free has a small quota, Basic increases limits, and Pro provides unlimited or highest quotas.
Can I upgrade later if I need more capacity?
Yes — you will be able to upgrade from Free to one of the paid plans anytime, to get higher quotas and advanced features.Â
What happens to my links/data if I delete the account?
If you delete your account, all saved links, analytics data, pixels, QR codes, and associated data will be removed.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — choose yearly billing to save relative to monthly prices.
What support is included with each plan?
All users receive email support. Pro Rider includes priority support and faster response times.
Is there a refund policy?

EBIG.ly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service has been used.
Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges
- Proven technical issues that prevent core functionality
You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
We encourage users to start with the Free Rider plan before upgrading.

Yes — EBIG.ly has developer API support, but advanced API rate limits and premium-only API features will be part of future paid plans.
