Who is this tool designed for?

Do I need marketing experience to use it?
Not necessarily. Basic marketing knowledge helps, but the tool includes guided steps for SMART RACE objectives, clear inputs for Owned, Earned, and Paid Media, and smart notifications to keep everything understandable. Automated formulas and filters ensure accuracy even for non-experts.
What’s the difference between the Basic and Pro plans?
Basic is fully manual and does not include real-time updates for resource rates or CPC/CPM values by industry and country. Pro adds AI Biggie, which automates budget allocation and provides up-to-date hourly rates, CPC/CPM benchmarks, and optimization suggestions.
What does the AI Biggie integration do?
It suggests hourly rates, allocations via Owned, Earned, and Paid channels, and especially ad platforms CPC and CPM rates based on your country, industry, and objectives.
Can I export and/or edit the final budget?
Yes—export the full budget to PDF in one click from the final step (Budget Centralizer), and you can edit any budget later from Saved Budgets in your Account.
Does the tool work for any industry or country?
Yes. AI Biggie can adapt hourly rates, CPC/CPM benchmarks, and expectations for 100+ industries and global markets. Niched and highly specific industries (e.g., healthcare) may require additional custom add-ons, which we are considering for future releases.
Is the Educational plan different from Pro?
It includes all AI features plus academic licensing, classroom support, and multi-student access.
Can multiple team members use the tool?
Not yet—multi-user collaboration is not currently available, but we are actively working on it and plan to include this feature in future releases.
Can I create multiple budget scenarios?
Not yet—scenario planning (“what-if”) is not currently included, but it is planned for a future release.
How secure is the data?
All data is encrypted and stored securely; no strategic information is shared or used for training.
Do you offer onboarding or support?
Yes—Basic includes standard support; Pro and Educational include priority onboarding and assistance.
Is there a free trial?

Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro later?

How often is the data updated?

Is there a refund policy?

Budget Planner subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service has been used.
Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges
- Proven technical issues that prevent core functionality
You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
We encourage users to start with the Free plan before upgrading.
